My physical therapy work with Dr. Angie has solved an issue I had no hope of resolving. She is highly educated and experienced and she is one of the most passionate and excellent practitioners I have come across. I trust her knowledge of the body and how it works—and how it doesn’t, and I send everyone I know to see her.

I am a mother of 2 with Multiple Sclerosis. I have been working with Dr. Angie on strengthening my pelvic floor muscles. I am thrilled with how much progress I have made in such a short time! Dr. Angie is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at explaining to me how to improve my body. I really appreciate how supportive and encouraging she has been with me as well. Before I started with her I was virtually without hope. She has made a tremendous difference in my life. Thank you!

I started working with Dr. Angie after a car accident. She has helped me tremendously with my pain, muscle tension and long rooted muscle/structural imbalances. I also started training with Dr. Angie doing Low Pressure Fitness, which has changed my life. Not only has it helped my back pain but my posture is better and I’m actually gaining lower abdominal muscles which I have never been able to train. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Her amazing skill is equally matched by her kind and warm personality. She is the best and comes highly recommended!

I’ve been working with Dr. Angie for almost three years and have been treated for severe hamstring injuries, scoliosis, pelvic floor weakness and its associated problems, and chronic back pain. She uses her doctorate level education, experience and good old fashioned intuition to get to the root of the problems and then applies effective treatments that actually, really do work!  She is a master of all the tools of her trade, from dry needling to fashioning do-able home exercise plans to diet and herbal recommendations.  A full service physical therapist!

I was referred to Dr. Angie and Core Recovery by my daughter who is a nurse in women’s health at Kaiser Permanente. I am a 59 year old male business executive dealing with the results of multiple surgeries on my shoulders and knees from a young active life and college athletics. Angie has used dry needling and low pressure training to improve mobility of my joints and rebuild core strength that I had lost. The results have been remarkable for me especially range of motion in my shoulders and lower back. The low pressure training has rebuilt strength in my core muscles and allowed me to get back to jogging, bicycling and even skiing which I enjoy very much. I intend to continue this training and treatment as it has produced steady improvement in my overall health and fitness. Many thanks to Dr. Angie!

I initially went to Core Recovery to help with my sciatic and shoulder pain I had which were constantly exasperated by my extensive work travel. My treatments were so effective- I wasn’t only functioning better, I was able to get back into a normal work out and sleeping routine again within a few weeks. Then I returned to Core Recovery when I was about 4 weeks into my first pregnancy. I was in so much pain, I could hardly walk let alone exercise or sit at the computer. I was seen at Core Recovery again, and through dry needling, soft tissue work, posture and breathing exercises, my pain is now gone! I’m continuing treatments throughout my entire pregnancy to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and improve core strength to aid in labor and post natal pelvic health. Thanks Core Recovery! No more tears when trying to put my shoes on
