A Powerful New Protocol

The Core Recovery Method® Online Therapy is applicable to a very wide ranges of core issues, including back pain, pelvic pain, hip pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis, prolapse, incontinence, constipation, bloating, postural dysfunction, breathing issues, distended waistline, IBS, endometriosis, fertility issues, sexual dysfunction, sciatica, disc herniation, and scoliosis.

The course is divided into 4 parts:

Core Education, where you will learn all about the anatomy, physiology and biomechanics of the core and what leads to core dysfunction and how to prevent it. I will teach you how to assess your core muscles to determine whether they are functioning correctly, and you will also learn how to optimize your core health by having good core hygiene.

Core Therapy, where you will learn specific self therapy techniques that lift your pelvic organs, reduce abdominal bloating and swelling, eliminate trigger points in the core muscles, and improve posture and breathing patterns to optimize core function.

Hypopressive training, where you will learn a powerful breathing technique that reduces waist circumference, decompresses the spine, lifts the pelvic organs, and strengthens the deep core muscles reflexively. I will guide you through the basics of this technique and give you videos to follow along with as you practice at home. You can progress through Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels of Hypopressive Training. There is also a section specific to Pregnancy.

Glute strengthening, where you will learn the most effective glute exercises that you can do at home. This section gives you 10 different glute exercise routines to choose from.

All the techniques you learn in this program will be put into a schedule so you know exactly what you need to do each day on your journey to optimal core health. The Core Recovery Method® requires 30 minutes per day, 5 days a week. And those 30 minutes can be split up throughout your day to fit your schedule!
